The Other Ship's Clock
Public Test. This edition's content and difficulty rating are still under review.
In Earth's inertial frame, spacecraft A travels at +0.60c and B travels at −0.60c along the same line. A clock travelling with B measures 8.0 μs between two events at the same place aboard B. What time interval does A measure between those events? Use the opposing-speed relativistic velocity formula w=1+uv/c2u+v, using the two positive speed magnitudes, and time dilation Δt=γΔτ, where γ=1−w2/c21.

About Tier 5 - Singularity
The highest challenge tier, usually requiring deep or non-obvious reasoning.
Difficulty describes the challenge, not the solver. It is a Society guide rather than a formal academic level.
The tier is a Society guide to the amount of reasoning, technical work and insight a problem is expected to require. Your experience may vary depending on the topic and your background.
